Mr Xiao is the Honorary Chairman of Chinese CEO Organization.
Graduate from Osaka Sangyo University, major in International Finance
& Marketing. Mr. Xiao was the general manager of Asian First Group
before joining Rongxin.
Mr. Xiao is responsible for major investment and finance business. He is
experienced in investment management and capital market. In 20 years
career, he participated in a number of companies listing, financing,
business restructuring and M&A.
